摘要
转体桥梁具有施工环境复杂、施工难度大、要求高、工期紧、协调关系多、信息量巨大等特点,该文基于BIM技术的项目信息化管理平台对项目实施精细化管理,重点介绍了平台的功能规划、整体构架,在此基础上详细阐述了信息管理、进度管理、施工仿真、进度差异分析、任务协同、质量整改协同、安全问题协同等重要功能模块。实践证明,与传统模式相比,基于BIM技术的项目信息化管理平台在节约成本、提高管理精细化程度、培养BIM后备人才等方面具有明显的优势,具有良好的推广前景。
Swivel bridge has the characteristics of complex construction environment, difficult construction, high requirement, short construction period,many relations coordination and huge amount of information. Based on the BIM technology, the project information management platform carries out fine management to the project, focusing on the functional planning and overall framework of the platform. On this basis, information management, progress management, construction simulation, progress difference analysis, task collaboration, quality improvement collaboration, safety issues collaboration and other important functional modules are elaborated. Practice has proved that, compared with the traditional model, the project information management platform based on BIM technology has obvious advantages in saving costs, improving the degree of management refinement, and training BIM reserve personnel, and has a good prospect for promotion.
