微生态制剂联合蓝光照射对黄疸新生儿免疫功能及黄疸指数的影响

摘要
目的探讨微生态制剂联合蓝光照射对黄疸新生儿免疫功能和黄疸指数的影响。方法选取本院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的黄疸新生儿162例为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各81例,观察组患儿采取微生态制剂联合蓝光照射治疗,对照组患儿采取单纯蓝光照射治疗,对比两组患儿免疫功能指标和黄疸指数变化情况。结果治疗5 d后,两组患儿免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)水平均显著高于本组治疗前(P_均<0.05),C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)水平及黄疸指数均显著低于本组治疗前(P_均<0.05);且观察组患儿IgA、IgG水平均显著高于同期对照组(P_均<0.05),CRP水平及黄疸指数均显著低于同期对照组(P_均<0.05)。观察组患儿黄疸消退时间显著短于对照组(P <0.001),不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P=0.034)。结论微生态制剂联合蓝光照射可以明显改善黄疸新生儿的免疫功能,降低黄疸指数,且不良反应发生率较低。
        Objective To investigate the effect of microecological preparation combined with blue light irradiation on immune function and jaundice index of newborn with jaundice. Method 162 neonates with jaundice were selected from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital, they were divided into observation group(81 cases) and control group(81 cases) by random table method,newborns in observation group were treated with microecological preparation combined with blue light irradiation, while newborns in control group were treated with simple blue light irradiation. The changes of immune function indexes and jaundice index were compared between the two groups. Result After 5 days of treatment, the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA) and immunoglobulin G(IgG) in both groups were signi?cantly higher than those before treatment(P_(all)< 0.05), the levels of C reactive protein(CRP) and jaundice index were signi?cantly lower than those before treatment(P_(all)< 0.05), and the levels of IgA and IgG in observation group were signi?cantly higher than those in control group(P_(all)< 0.05). The levels of CRP and jaundice index in observation group were signi?cantly lower than those in control group(P_(all)< 0.05). The regression time of jaundice in observation group was signi?cantly shorter than that in control group(P < 0.001), and the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was signi?cantly lower than that in control group(P = 0.034). Conclusion Microecological preparation combined with blue light irradiation can obviously improve the immune function of newborn with jaundice and reduce the jaundice index, and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.
