新型便携式静脉显影仪对低年资护士操作小儿静脉留置针穿刺的影响

摘要
目的探讨自行设计的新型便携式静脉显影仪对低年资护士操作小儿静脉留置针穿刺的影响。方法选择2015年7月-2016年6月在儿科工作的18名低年资护士作为研究对象,选取2015年7-12月应用新型便携式静脉显影仪前(对照组)及2016年1-6月应用新型便携式静脉显影仪后(观察组)各270例患儿,比较应用前后的小儿静脉留置针一次性穿刺成功率、患儿家属满意率。结果新型便携式静脉显影仪应用后,低年资护士一次性穿刺成功率明显高于应用前(χ2=33.671,P<0.001),观察组家属满意率高于对照组(χ2=10.278,P=0.001)。结论新型便携式静脉显影仪的应用有助于提高低年资护士小儿静脉留置针一次性穿刺成功率,减轻高年资护士工作压力,提升患儿家属满意度。
Objective To explore the influence of a new-type self-designed portable vein visualizer on the puncture of venous indwelling needle of junior nurses for children.Methods Eighteen junior nurses working in the pediatrics department between July 2015 and June 2016 were selected as objects of the study.A total of 270 children received the puncture of venous indwelling needle without using the visualizer in the second half of 2015,while another 270 counterparts underwent the puncture using the visualizer in the first half of 2016.The one-time puncture success rate and family satisfaction were compared between using and without using the visualizer.Results After the employment of the portable vein visualizer,both the junior nurses′one-time puncture success rate and the family satisfaction improved significantly(χ2=33.671,P<0.001;χ2=10.278,P=0.001).Conclusion The employment of the new-type self-designed portable vein visualizer contributes to the rapid improvement of the skill of junior nurses′intravenous indwelling needle puncture for children,and the increase of patients′family satisfaction.
