摘要
为提高分级破碎机破碎齿的强度,找出影响破碎齿强度的主要结构参数,基于正交试验法,以降低等效应力、减小质量为优化目标,对其主要结构参数设计了三因素三水平的试验方案;利用极差分析法对试验结果进行分析,确定出各结构参数对优化目标影响的主次顺序;结合综合平衡法,得出最优结构参数方案;优化后的破碎齿最大等效应力比优化前减小了12.06%,质量减轻8.43%,安全系数提高13.71%;优化后的破碎齿既实现了轻量化,又提高了强度,验证了优化方案的有效性。
In order to improve the strength of the teeth of sizer and find out the main structural parameters affecting the strength of the teeth,based on the orthogonal test method,a three-factor and three-level test scheme is designed for main structural parameters to reduce the equivalent stress and the mass of teeth as the target of optimization. The test results are analyzed by range method to determine the primary and secondary influence order of each structural parameter on the optimization target, then the optimal structural parameter scheme is obtained through the integrated balance method. After optimization,the maximum equivalent stress of teeth is reduced by 12. 06%,the mass is reduced by 8. 43%,and the safety factor is increased by 13. 71%. After optimization,the weight of teeth is reduced and the strength is improved. The optimization scheme effectiveness is verified.
