摘要
以十六脂肪醇、POCl_3和二元醇为原料制备了16-m-16系列(m=2,4,6,10)十六醇磷酸酯Gemini表面活性剂,并对其性能进行测定。将其应用于绵羊蓝湿革的加脂工序,以加脂坯革纤维的接触角、吸水率、机械强度等为考察指标,与十六醇磷酸单酯(P-16)进行对比,探讨了系列产物加脂特性与结构之间的相关性。结果表明:系列产物的表面张力都较低,乳化力基本一致,随着联结链的增长,加脂坯革纤维的防水性逐步降低,物理机械强度逐渐递增,均优于P-16加脂后的坯革;系列产物加脂后的坯革的透气性、透水汽性、柔软度等方面与磷酸酯Gemini表面活性剂系列产物基本接近,也均优于P-16加脂后的坯革。
        A series of 16-m-16(m = 2, 4, 6, 10) cetyl alcohol phosphate Gemini surfactants were prepared with cetyl alcohol, POCl_3 and dihydric alcohol used as raw materials and their properties were tested. Applying them to fatliquoring process of chrome-retanned sheepskin leather,the contact angle, water absorption, mechanical strength of the fibers are admeasured as crust leather fibers' indexes. Compared with hexadecanol phosphate monoester(P-16), the correlation between the fatliquoring characteristics and the structure of the surfactants was discussed. It is found that the surface tension is low and emulsifying power is almost parallel of those surfactants. With the increasing of the spacer chain length,the water-proof of fatliquoring leather decreases gradually, the physical mechanical strength increases. All of them are superior to contrast leather fatliguoring with P-16. The air moisture permeability,water vapor permeability and softness of fatliquoring leather are similar to the conventional leather.
