摘要

高校课程改革后,职业教育显现重实用、轻人文趋势,加之我国尚缺乏完善的违约制约机制,以致大学生契约精神普遍欠缺,学业上随意应付,就创业随意毁约,生活上缺乏维权意识。为此,各高校应加强物质与精神文化建设,将法治融入校园文化建设中,广开契约精神宣传教育渠道,加强创业法律实践教育,全方位有针对性地培育大学生契约精神。
        After the curriculum reform in colleges and universities,the vocational education focuses on practice but less humanistic quality,and our country lacks the perfect mechanism of breach of contract that makes college students lack of contract spirit,learn and work optionally and lack of awareness to protect rights in daily life.It's suggested that the colleges should strengthen the material and spiritual culture construction,put the rule of law into the construction of campus culture,broaden the contract spirit publicity and education channels,and reinforce entrepreneurship law practice education,aims to cultivate college students' spirit of contract roundly.
