摘要
以实际工程为例进行了GPS-10型钻孔桩机与ZJD2000/100型反循环钻机钻孔效率的对比试验。试验结果表明使用ZJD2000/100型反循环钻机钻孔能有效提高成孔效率,成孔所花时间仅为GPS-10型钻孔桩机的20%,能有效减少工期,同时为同类型地质的工程钻孔灌注桩施工设备选型提供参考。
Taking practical engineering as an example, the comparative test of drilling efficiency between GPS-10 drilling pile machine and ZJD2000/100 reverse circulation drilling machine is carried out. The test results show that the drilling efficiency of ZJD2000/100 reverse circulation drilling rig can be effectively improved. The time spent on drilling is only 20% of GPS-10 drilling pile machine, which can effectively reduce the construction period and provide a reference for the selection of construction equipment of bored cast-in-place pile in similar geological projects.
