摘要

目的观察养阴活胃合剂对萎缩性胃炎的中医疗效。方法选取我院收治的100例萎缩性胃炎患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用西医常规治疗方式,研究组采用养阴活胃合剂实施治疗过程,对比两组患者的临床疗效、不同时间段的精液指标结果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于治疗总有效率为78.00%,两组结果对比存在差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论萎缩性胃炎患者采用养阴活胃合剂的治疗方式,能够有效的提高临床疗效,改善精液指标结果。
        Objective To observe the curative effect of yangyin huowei misture on atrophic gastritis in tcm. Methods Selected our hospital 100 cases of atrophic gastritis patients,randomly divided into study group and control group,control group using conventional western medicine treatment,the study group treated with yangyin huowei heji,semen indexes,clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups in different time. ResultsThe treatment group total effective rate was 98%,significantly higher than the total effective rate was 78%,compared two groups of results there was a significant difference(P < 0.05),with statistical significance. Conclusion Chronic atrophic gastritis treated by yangyin huowei heji treatment,can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,improve the results of semen indexes.
