摘要

目的:分析探讨养阴活胃合剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法:选取94例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各47例,对照组患者给予胃复春片治疗,观察组患者给予养阴活胃合剂治疗,持续治疗3个月,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:经过治疗,观察组治疗总有效率为97.87%,对照组治疗总有效率为80.85%,观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用养阴活胃合剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎能有效缓解患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
        Objective:To evaluate the Yin Huo Wei mixture in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis effect.Methods:94cases of the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,47 patients in the control group with Weifuchun therapy,the observation group of 47 patients with Yin Huo Wei mixture in treating,lasted for 3months,compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect.Results:the effective rate of treatment and observation group was 97.87%,the effective rate of treatment group was 80.85%,the effective rate of the treatment in observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:to Yin Huo Wei mixture in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve the therapeutic effect,is worthy of clinical application.
