社会实践促进大学生就业状况评估与优化对策

摘要
优化大学生社会实践是提升大学生就业能力和就业质量的有效措施。经多年实践探索,我国支持大学生社会实践的政策不断健全,大学生社会实践促进就业的多方参与格局已经形成,社会实践已经成为大学生寻找就业机会的重要途径与方式。但大学生社会实践在促进就业方面还存在一定的问题,突出表现在社会实践形式化、制度支持不足、权利义务关系缺乏规范等方面,影响了大学生社会实践的就业功能的发挥。进一步完善大学生社会实践制度,促进大学生就业,需要坚持问题导向,改革体制机制,充分调动各方积极性,进一步完善党委政府、学校、用人单位和社会力量协同参与的大学生社会实践发展的治理格局。一是应发挥政府职能作用,健全完善大学生社会实践促进就业的管理体制;二是应强化高校责任,提高大学生社会实践促进就业的效率与质量;三是应加强规范,提高各类用人单位参与大学生社会实践的积极性;四是应鼓励社会参与,形成支持大学生参加社会实践促进就业的良好氛围。
Optimizing college students' social practice is an effective measure to improve their employability and employment quality. After years of practice and exploration, policies in China to support college students' social practice have been constantly improved. The pattern of multi-party participation in promoting employment in college students' social practice has been formed. Social practice has become a crucial means and method of college students to identify job opportunities. However, some problems still affect college students in promoting employment in college students' social practice which, manifested mainly in the formalization of social practice, inadequate institutional support, and lack of norms in the relationship between rights and obligations. To further improve the college students' social practice system and promote their employment, we need to adhere to the problem orientation, reform the system and mechanism, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties, and further improve the governance pattern of the development of college students' social practice in which party committees and governments, schools, employers and social forces participate in coordination.Therefore, the government should firstly play its role fully to improve and perfect the management system of college students' social practice to promote employment. Secondly, the responsibility of colleges and universities should be strengthened to improve the efficiency and quality of college students' social practice and to promote employment. Thirdly, the regulation should be strengthened to improve the enthusiasm of employers to participate in college students' social practice. Last but not least, social participation should be encouraged to form a good atmosphere to support college students to participate in social practice and promote employment ultimately.
