三明市公立医院医生薪酬影响因素研究

摘要
目的:分析公立医院医生薪酬的影响因素。方法:运用单位根检验、协整检验和多元线性回归模型,对2013—2017年三明市21家县级以上公立医院医生平均年薪进行面板数据分析。结果:三明市公立医院医生薪酬的主要影响因素为城镇居民可支配收入、住院人次数、门急诊人次数、医院专业性质分类。结论:三明市公立医院医生薪酬还有提升空间,应注重适度利用市场机制、合理调整收入结构、鼓励中医院发展,综合提升医生收入水平。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of doctors' salaries in public hospitals. Methods Using the unit root test,cointegration test and multiple linear regression model,the panel data of the average annual salary of doctors in 21 public hospitals above the county level in Sanming City from 2013 to 2017 were analyzed. Results The main influencing factors of doctors' salaries in public hospitals in Sanming City were the disposable income of urban residents,the number of inpatients,the number of emergency departments,and the classification of hospital professional nature. Conclusion There is room for improvement in the overall level of doctors' salaries in public hospitals in Sanming City. We should pay attention to the appropriate use of market mechanisms,rationally adjust the income structure,encourage the development of Chinese medicine hospitals,and comprehensively improve the income level of doctors.
