心理咨询技术在高职院校学生思政工作中的应用研究

摘要
心理咨询技术与高职院校学生思政工作相结合是新时代人才培养工作的必然要求。高职院校在开展学生思想政治教育工作的过程中要注重充分发挥心理咨询技术的优势,从而促进师生良好关系的构建,提高学生对于教师教育引导过程的接受与认可,真正提升思政工作的教育实效。
The combination of psychological counseling technology and ideological and political work of students in higher vocational colleges is the inevitable requirement of talent training in the new era. In the process of carrying out ideological and political education for students, higher vocational colleges should pay attention to giving full play to the advantages of psychological counseling technology, so as to promote the construction of a good relationship between teachers and students, improve students' acceptance and recognition of the process of teacher education guidance, and truly improve the practical effect of ideological and political education.
