摘要

手机依赖会严重危害大学生的学习、生活和身心健康。从大学生手机依赖形成的原因来看,手机游戏、多媒体等网络终端的迅速发展和应用门槛的不断降低为其技术基础,政府法律法规缺失、学校和家庭管理与教育的缺位是其外部管理缺陷,大学生的性格特征和自我实现的需要是其内部心理原因。对大学生手机依赖的防治应当强化政府法律法规的作用,强化学校和家庭教育,对大学生手机依赖者实施心理干预。
        Mobile phone dependence can seriously jeopardize college students' study,life and physical and mental health.From the perspective of the formation of college students' mobile phone dependence,it is the technical basis for the rapid development of mobile terminals such as mobile games and multimedia and the continuous application of their application thresholds;It is a defect in its external management for the lack of government laws and regulations,school and family management and education;The personality characteristics of college students and the need for self-realization are their internal psychological reasons.The prevention and control of college students' mobile phone dependence should strengthen the role of government laws and regulations,strengthen school and family education,and implement psychological intervention on college students' mobile phone users.
