基于产学合作战略联盟的创业能力培养要素实证研究

摘要
产学合作战略联盟是企业和高校为实现资源共享、优势互补等战略目标,通过战略协议而结成的合作竞争组织,是提升当代大学生创业能力的重要平台。产学合作战略联盟视角下的创业能力培养要素包括了建立校企产教合作机构、开展校企创业交流活动、落实企业创业导师指导制度、完善企业实习机制、提供创业经费资助、打造校企创业实践平台等。经实证检验,这些关键培养要素对于促进大学生创业能力的提升存在着正相关。
The university-industry strategic alliance is the cooperative competition organization formed by enterprises and universities by agreement to realize the objectives of resource sharing, complementary advantages, and so forth. It functions as an important platform for the undergraduates to develop their entrepreneurial competence. From the perspective of industry-university cooperation strategic alliance, the key factors in entrepreneurial competence cultivation involves the establishment of school-enterprise cooperation and interactive activities, the development of business mentor guidance system,practice mechanism and enterprise funds donation system, as well as the interactive platform for students and entrepreneurs.Empirical study results show that these factors are positively correlated to the development of the entrepreneurial competence for the undergraduates.
