EDTA抗凝管对布鲁杆菌病虎红平板凝集试验造成假阳性结果的分析

摘要
目的研究EDTA(乙二胺四乙酸)抗凝管对布鲁杆菌病虎红平板凝集试验结果的影响。方法选取本溪地区牛羊养殖户40例,分别用促凝管和EDTA抗凝管各采集全血1管,进行布鲁杆菌病虎红平板凝集试验(筛查试验)和试管凝集试验(确诊试验),比较2种采血管的布鲁杆菌病检测结果。结果 40例中1例为布鲁杆菌病患者,其余均为布鲁杆菌阴性结果。虎红平板凝集试验结果显示,促凝管组阳性1例(2.5%),EDTA抗凝管组阳性40例(100.0%),两者结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试管凝集试验结果显示,促凝管组阳性1例(2.5%),EDTA抗凝管组阳性1例(2.5%),两者结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 EDTA抗凝管对布鲁杆菌病虎红平板凝集试验结果有显著影响,普遍造成假阳性,而对试管凝集试验结果无显著影响。
        Objective To study the effect of Edta anticoagulation blood collection vessel on the test results of Rose-Bengal Plate agglutination in Brucellosis. Methods A total of 40 cases were selected from cattle and sheep households in Benxi area, 1 tube of blood was sampled respectively by coagulation-collecting vessel and Edta anticoagulation blood collection vessel, and the test results of Brucelosis were compared between the two blood sampling tubes by Rose-Bengal Plate agglutination test(screening test) and serum tube agglutination test(confirmed test). Results Brucellosis was observed in 1 of 40 cases, and negative results were observed in the other 39 cases. The results of the Rose-Bengal Plate agglutination test showed 1 positive case(2.5%) was observed in coagulation-collecting vessels group and 40 positive cases(100%) were observed in the Edta anticoagulation blood collection vessel group, with the difference of statistical significance(P<0.05); The results of serum tube agglutination test showed that 1 positive case(2.5%) was observed in coagulation-collecting vessels group and 1 positive case(2.5%) was observed in the Edta anticoagulation blood collection vessel group, with the difference not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Edta anticoagulation blood collection vessel has a significant effect on the results of the Rose-Bengal Plate agglutination test, which generally results in false positive, but has no significant effect on the test results of serum tube agglutination.
