辽宁省优质粳稻新品系的品质分析

摘要
为研究辽宁省常规粳稻新品系品质性状相互关系,对辽宁省近期育成的优质粳稻新品系的品质性状进行分析,研究辽宁省优质粳稻新品系的粒型性状与品质性状的相互关系。研究结果表明,粒宽与各品质性状的相关性达到显著水平,而粒长与各品质性状影响未达到显著水平。粒宽增大有利于提高加工品质、改良营养食味品质,垩白粒率和垩白度有所增加。因此,通过本试验认为提高粒宽的同时降低垩白是提高辽宁粳稻品质的重要方式之一。水稻的品质性状不仅与遗传背景有关,且与栽培措施和生态环境密切相关,所得结果有待多环境条件下验证。
        The study analysed the quality characters of high-quality new japonica rice strain in Liaoning Province to research the interrelationship between the grain shape traits and quality characters. The result indicated that the correlation between the grain width and quality characters reached a significant level, but the correlation between the grain length and quality characters below the significant level. Increasing grain width make for enhancing processing quality, improving nutrition and taste quality and increasing the chalky rice rate and chalkiness. So the test indicated that increasing the grain width and reduced the chalky rice rate and chalkiness were the important ways to improve the quality of japonica rice. So the quality of rice is not only about genetic background, but it is all about cultivation measures and entironment, the results should be verifyied under the multiple environments testing conditions.
