摘要
成贵铁路的复杂地质条件,致使隧道初期支护和衬砌产生大变形、开裂和仰拱上鼓等缺陷。文章结合高坡隧道大变形段特征,采用预注浆、双层支护及圆形衬砌等措施,成功对大变形段进行拆换处治,化解施工风险,保证隧道施工安全与质量,为以后类似隧道项目提供有益参考。
Cheng Gui Railway have complex geological condition,which leads to initial support lining tunnel defects,large deformation,cracking and invert arch bulge.Combined with the characteristics of the large deformation section of Gaopo tunnel,and combined with the measures of pre-grouting,double-layer support and circular lining,the large deformation section was successfully replaced and treated to resolve construction risks and to ensure tunnel construction safety and quality,and provide useful reference for similar tunnel projects in the future.
