摘要
云纹纱颜色渐变,对应的布面颜色难以直观预测,需要通过打小样来预测布面效果,但这种方式耗时、费力、增加成本。为解决此问题,文章提出一种应用真实云纹纱图像的针织物外观模拟方法,可以快速、直观、准确地预测云纹纱织物的布面颜色。首先利用图像分割、形态学开运算和闭运算等图像处理技术对采集到的云纹纱图像进行处理,得到原始纱线图像主体部分;然后利用改进的Peirce线圈模型,将真实云纹纱线纹理映射至线圈的几何模型上;最后调整线圈的串套关系,完成织物外观的模拟。模拟结果显示,模拟的织物与实际织物扫描图像颜色纹理相近,外观效果逼真。
        Cloud yarn is of gradient color. It is difficult to predict cloth color intuitively,and it is needed to predict the effect of cloth by means of making samples. But this approach is time-consuming,laborious and costly. In order to solve this problem, a method of appearance simulation of knitted fabric based on real cloud yarn image information,with which fabric color of cloud yarn fabrics can be predicted quickly,intuitively and accurately. The procedure is as below. Firstly,collected cloud yarn images are processed with image processing techniques such as image segmentation,morphological opening and closing operations to obtain the main part of original yarn image;secondly,real cloud yarn texture is mapped to geometric model of loop with improved Peirce loop model; thirdly,the string relationship of loop is adjusted to complete appearance simulation of fabric. Simulation result shows that the simulated fabric is similar to scanned image of real fabric in respect of color and texture,and the appearance effect is realistic.
