自体肋软骨移植构建鼻尖软骨复合体在鼻整形中的临床应用

摘要
目的探讨鼻部整形中,自体肋软骨移植构建鼻尖软骨复合体的临床价值。方法采用回顾性分析的形式,对该院于2017年2月—2019年2月期间鼻整形的患者60例进行分析,所有患者以鼻小柱基底部进行倒"V""形状切口,鼻孔内鼻翼软骨外侧缘切口处理,进行自体肋软骨移植构建鼻尖软骨复合体。结果 60例手术患者均行自体肋软骨移植构建鼻尖软骨复合体鼻部整形,手术后7 d拆线处理,切口7～15 d愈合,随访6个月到1年,59例患者术后鼻尖表现明显,鼻形立体且挺拔,自然,鼻尖活动度较优。1例患者手术后感觉鼻小柱有所下坠,进行软骨移植,效果满意。结论通过自体肋软骨重塑鼻尖软骨支架结构整形处理,对鼻尖软骨复合体构建,同时加以膨体聚四氟乙烯或者硅胶假体支架将鼻部抬高,临床整形美容效果较优。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of autologous costal cartilage transplantation in the construction of nasal cartilage complex in nasal plastic surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 60 patients with rhinoplasty from February 2017 to February 2019 in our hospital. All patients underwent a inverted "V" shape incision in the base of the nasal column. The lateral ablation of the alar cartilage was performed to construct the nasal cartilage complex. Results 60 patients underwent autologous costal cartilage transplantation to construct the nasal cartilage complex nasal plastic surgery. Healing day, followed up for six months to one year, 59 patients with obvious postoperative nose tip, nasal shape and straight, natural, nose tip activity was better. 1 patient felt that the nasal column has fallen after surgery, for cartilage transplantation, with satisfactory effect. Conclusion The autologous costal carti-lage remodeled the structure of the nasal cartilage scaffold, and the nasal tip cartilage complex was constructed. At the same time, the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene or silicone prosthesis stent was used to raise the nose, and the clinical cosmetic effect was better.
