摘要
目的探究营养护理对老年肺癌术后患者营养状态评估指标的影响。方法本研究将我院患者作为主要的研究对象,患者的选取时间在2016年9月——2017年9月,共选取患者120例,患者均为老年肺癌术后患者,对其实施营养护理,探究其护理干预应用效果。结果护理后患者的营养状态评估明显优于护理前,而且护理前后的数据差异相对显著,表现为P<0.05,其差异存在统计学意义。而且,护理前和护理后的患者护理满意度分别为80.00%和96.67%,护理后的满意度更高,而且其两组数据对比的差异性较显著,表示为P<0.05,其差异存在统计学意义。结论针对老年肺癌术后患者实施营养护理干预,其对应的应用效果显著,能够有效改善患者的营养情况,保证患者的生命健康。
        objective to explore the effect of nutritional nursing on nutritional status evaluation indexes of elderly patients with lung cancer after surgery.Methods this study took the patients in our hospital as the main research object, and the patients were selected from September 2016 to September 2017. A total of 120 patients, all of whom were elderly patients with lung cancer after surgery, were selected to carry out nutritional nursing and explore the application effect of nursing intervention.Results the nutritional status assessment of patients after nursing was significantly better than before nursing,and the data difference before and after nursing was relatively significant,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.In addition, the nursing satisfaction of patients before and after nursing was 80.00% and 96.67%, respectively, and the nursing satisfaction was higher after nursing, and the difference between the two groups of data was significant, indicating that P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion nutritional nursing intervention for elderly patients with lung cancer after surgery, the corresponding application effect is significant, can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients, to ensure the life and health of patients.
