营养护理对老年肺癌术后患者营养状态评估指标影响分析

摘要
目的探究营养护理对老年肺癌术后患者营养状态评估指标的影响。方法本研究将我院患者作为主要的研究对象,患者的选取时间在2016年9月——2017年9月,共选取患者120例,患者均为老年肺癌术后患者,对其实施营养护理,探究其护理干预应用效果。结果护理后患者的营养状态评估明显优于护理前,而且护理前后的数据差异相对显著,表现为P<0.05,其差异存在统计学意义。而且,护理前和护理后的患者护理满意度分别为80.00%和96.67%,护理后的满意度更高,而且其两组数据对比的差异性较显著,表示为P<0.05,其差异存在统计学意义。结论针对老年肺癌术后患者实施营养护理干预,其对应的应用效果显著,能够有效改善患者的营养情况,保证患者的生命健康。
objective to explore the effect of nutritional nursing on nutritional status evaluation indexes of elderly patients with lung cancer after surgery.Methods this study took the patients in our hospital as the main research object, and the patients were selected from September 2016 to September 2017.
