浅谈放射科住院医师规范化培训的经验与不足

摘要

住院医师规范化培训(住培)是医学毕业生向合格临床医师过渡的重要阶段,也是医学教育的重要部分。放射科住培是提高影像专业住院医师理论和实践技能的必要途径,严格规范的住院医师培训制度将使受训者终身受益。汕头大学医学院第一附属医院放射科从2003年开始承担放射科住培工作,2015年实施新体制下的住院医师规范化培训。如何更好地迎接放射科住培面临的新挑战,本文从已受训毕业的医学影像住院医师角度,浅谈了该放射科住培机构设置、成员职责、轮转安排、多种教学模式的培训、人文素质和职业道德培养、住院医师的阶段考核和结业考核等的实践经验与体会,并针对存在的不足提出建议。
        Standardized residency training, as an important part of medical education, is an essential stage for medical graduates to become qualified clinicians. The standardized residency training in the Department of Radiology is the necessary approach for improving the theoretical and practical skills of residents of the medical imaging specialty. Strict and standardized residency training experience could benefit the residents for life. The radiology department in The First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College started standardization residency training program in 2003, in 2015 training program under the new system was applied. To answer the question of how to deal with new challenges that the programs are facing, this article briefly introduces the preliminary experiences and shortcomings of the training mode of standardized residency training in radiology department of our hospital in the several aspects. The study illustrated the radiology department settings, staff's responsibility, rotation arrangements, a variety of training modes, humanistic quality and professional ethics improvement, and some practice experiences in residents' staged and final examinations. Besides, some suggestions are recommended for the existing deficiencies.
