摘要

目的提高宜宾地区各实验室临床化学检测结果一致性及准确性。方法对2016-2018年宜宾地区各医疗机构实验室临床化学检测能力进行调查和分析。结果 2016-2018年参加宜宾市临床化学能力验证的实验室数量逐渐增多,能力比对(PT)成绩有所提高,合格率变化不明显。丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总蛋白、清蛋白等常规项目总PT成绩与总合格率较高,开展铜、锌、肌酸激酶同工酶、同型半胱氨酸等特殊项目检测的实验室数量少,总PT成绩与总合格率较低,常规项目与特殊项目总PT成绩及总合格率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二级及以上医疗机构实验室总PT成绩与总合格率分别为87.30%、89.01%,二级以下医疗机构实验室总PT成绩与总合格率分别为77.05%、75.64%。结论通过对该区域内医疗机构实验室临床化学检测能力验证,可以提高检测结果的一致性、准确性。
        Objective To improve the consistency and accuracy of laboratory clinical chemical testing results in various Yibin areas.Methods The laboratory clinical chemical detection abilities in various medical institutions of Yibin area during 2016-2018 were investigated and analyzed.Results The number of laboratories participating in the clinical chemical proficiency testing of Yibin City was gradually increased during 2016-2018,the total proficiency testing(PT)had somewhat improvement,the passing rate had no obvious change.The total PT score and the total passing rate in the routine test items such as alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,total protein,albumin were higher.The quantity of laboratories for detecting the special items such as copper,zinc,creatine kinase isoenzymes and homocysteine was small.The total PT score and total passing rate were lower,and the differences between the routine items and special items were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total PT and total passing rate of the secondary and above medical institutions were 87.30% and 89.01% respectively,which of below secondary medical institutions were 77.05% and 75.64% respectively.Conclusion Conducting the verification of laboratory clinical chemical proficiency testing increases the consistency and accuracy of testing results.
