摘要
本文引入非基本公共体育服务的研究视角,以180名大学体育弱势群体的学生为被试,经过一学期的教学实践,测定其身心变化,探讨情境干预方法对体育弱势群体的身心影响。结果表明:干预班在体质方面差于对照班。通过心理辅导、锻炼奖励、体育基本技能传授、体育兴趣激励给予大学体育弱势群体健身需求的干预研究,有利于形成促进学生自主学习能力培养的理论假设,挑战了传统的学习观,探索教师为学生个性化服务的教学过程和在校大学生有效自主学习、健身的教学模式。寻求发展我国的非基本公共体育服务,提高全体国民的身体素质,提高在校学生的体质,缓解大学体育弱势群体课堂教学中的矛盾冲突。
        This paper introduces the research perspective of non-basic public sports services, and takes 180 students of sports vulnerable groups in universities as subjects. After one semester of teaching practice, the physical and mental changes are measured, and the physical and mental effects of situational intervention methods on sports vulnerable groups are discussed. The results showed that the physical quality of the intervention class was worse than that of the control class. Through psychological counseling, exercise incentives, imparting basic sports skills and motivating sports interests, the intervention research on the fitness demands of vulnerable groups in university sports is carried out. It is conducive to the formation of theoretical assumptions to promote the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability,challenging the traditional view of learning, exploring the teaching process of teachers' personalized service for students, and the effective self-learning and fitness teaching mode of college students. It should seek to develop non-basic public sports service, improve the physical quality of nationalities, improve the physique of the college students, and alleviate the contradictions and conflicts in the classroom teaching of the vulnerable groups in university sports.
