摘要
目的建立生活饮用水中铝、锰、铁等14种元素同时测定的ICP-MS方法。方法 Agilent 7 900电感耦合等离子体质谱仪优化后用混合内标校正基体干扰和漂移,标准曲线法定量,对经过前处理的生活饮用水样品中铝、锰、铁、镍、铜、锌、砷、硒、银、镉、钡、汞、铊、铅共14种元素进行同时测定。结果 14种待测元素线性良好,相关系数>0. 999 5,检出限在0.001 438~0.208 8μg/L之间,均低于国家饮用水卫生标准对各元素的标准限值;平行测定两种不同浓度的标准溶液、一份生活饮用水样品及其高、低加标样品中各元素11次,其测定值的相对标准偏差为0.234%~3.72%,加标回收率为90.1%~108.8%。结论该方法高效简便、线性范围宽,结果令人满意,是一种适用于生活饮用水中多种元素同时分析的检测方法。
Objective To establish an ICP-MS method for simultaneous determination of 14 elements of aluminum,manganese and iron in drinking water. Methods Agilent 7 900 inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer was optimized to correct matrix interference and drift, and the standard curve method was used. A total of 14 elements of aluminium, manganese, iron, nickel, copper, zinc, arsenic, selenium, silver, cadmium, Barium, Mercury, thallium and lead were measured simultaneously in pre-treated drinking water samples. Results 14 elements to be measured had good linearity and correlation coefficient > 0. 999 5, the detection limit is between 0.001 438 μg/L and 0.208 8 μg/L, which is lower than the standard limit for each element of the National drinking water sanitation standard; Parallel determination of two different concentrations of standard solutions, a drinking water sample and 11 elements in its high and low standard samples, the relative standard deviation of the measured value was 0.234 % ~ 3.72 %, and the standard recovery rate was 90.1 % ~ 108.8 %. Conclusions The method is efficient and simple, the linear range is wide, and the result is satisfactory. It is a kind of detection method suitable for the simultaneous analysis of various elements in drinking water.
