成都市郫都区放射工作人员职业健康监护现况调查

摘要
目的了解成都市郫都区放射诊疗机构放射工作人员职业健康监护现况,为机构放射防护效果评价及卫生执法监督部门监督检查提供参考依据。方法对2018年成都市郫都区辖区内取得《放射诊疗许可证》的46家放射诊疗机构及其从事放射工作的人员进行问卷调查。收集问卷调查表核实汇总后,采用Excel 2010软件对数据进行整理和分析。结果成都市郫都区取得《放射诊疗许可证》的放射诊疗机构为46家,共有232名放射工作人员,按照规定接受放射防护和有关法律知识培训的参训率为86.6%,个人剂量计监测率为87.1%,放射工作人员职业健康体检率为78.9%,开展场所防护与性能监测率56.5%。结论定级的放射诊疗单位依法开展健康监护的现况良好,而未定级的放射诊疗机构开展健康监护的现况不良,应通过加大卫生监督执法力度,提高服务水平,使辖区内机构依法开展健康监护,以保障放射诊疗人员、患者和公众的健康。
Objective To investigate and analyze the occupational health survillance of radiation workers in radiological diagnosis and treatment institutions in Pidu District of Chengdu City. In order to provide reference for the evaluation of the radiation protection effect of the organization and the supervision and the inspection of health law enforcement and supervision departments.Methods Through the self-made questionnaires, the 46 radiological diagnosis and treatment institutions obtaining the "Radiological Diagnosis and Treatment License" and their radiation workers were investigated. After data collection and verification, the data were sorted out and analyzed by using Excel 2010. Results In Pidu District, 46 radiological diagnosis and treatment institutions had obtained the "Radiation Diagnosis and Treatment License", and 232 radiation workers were employed by them. The training rate of radiation protection and related laws and regulations was 86.6%,the detection rate of personal dosimeter was 87.1%,the occupational health examination rate of radiation workers was 78.9%,and the monitoring rate of site protection and performance was 56.2%. Conclusion The registered and graded radiological diagnosis and treatment institutions have carried out health surveillance and protection in accordance with the law well,while the non-graded institutions is worse. The current situation indicates that the health supervision and law enforcement should be strengthened, the level of service should be improved, so as to enable the agencies to carry out health surveillance and protection in accordance with the law and to protect the health of radiologists,patients and the public.
