2017年四川省生活饮用水水碘含量现状调查

摘要
目的调查四川省所有县(市、区)所有乡生活饮用水水碘含量,为采取针对性防治措施和科学调整干预策略提供依据。方法对四川省所有县以乡为单位开展调查,采集集中供水、部分集中供水、分散供水对其末梢水水碘含量进行检测;对调查中发现水碘中位数大于10μg/L以上的乡,再以行政村为单位开展调查,采集集中供水和分散供水末梢水对其水碘含量进行检测。结果在四川省所有县的4 600个乡调查水碘68 115份,水碘中位数2.1μg/L,96.2%的乡水碘中位数<10μg/L。在水碘中位数>10μg/L的170个乡2 265个行政村调查水碘17 692份,水碘中位数7.0μg/L,66.0%的村水碘中位数<10μg/L。结论四川省自然环境普遍缺碘,未发现水源性高碘地区,只有继续坚持食盐加碘才能真正达到持续消除碘缺乏病的目标。
        Objective To investigate the iodine contents in drinking water in all counties (districts) of Sichuan province so as to provide evidence for taking targeted control measures and adjusting the intervention strategies. Methods According to the Program for Investigation of Iodine Levels in Drinking Water in Sichuan, all the towns and all the villages in the towns with the median concentration of iodine in water >10 μg/L upon screening were investigated. Iodine concentrations in water was determined using the method recommended by Reference Laboratory for Iodine Deficiency Disorders,Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention for determination of iodine in water in areas with iodine deficiency or excess. Results A total of 68 115 samples were collected from 4 600 towns across the province for investigation of iodine in water. The median concentration of iodine in water was 2.1 μg/L in these towns. In 96.2% of the towns the median concentration of iodine in water was<10 μg/L. A total of 17 692 samples were collected from 2 265 administrative villages across the 170 towns with the median concentration of iodine in water>10 μg/L.The median concentration of iodine in water was 7.0 μg/L in these villages. In 66.0% of the villages the median concentration of iodine in water was <10 μg/L. Conclusion Iodine deficiency is prevalent in the natural environment of Sichuan. In none area iodine excess has been found in drinking water. It is necessary to continue to use iodized salt to sustainably eliminate iodine deficiency disorders.
