摘要
基于2015-2017年某教学研究型高校本科专业的调研数据,首先,采用层次分析法构建了包括生源状况、社会需求、教学质量、社会评价、就业质量等5项一级指标、10项二级指标和12项三级指标在内的高校本科专业预警评价指标体系;其次,利用聚类分析法和判别分析法,建立高校本科专业预警的判别函数,甄别出专业招录本科人数、专业新生入学最低分、毕业生就业率、毕业校友推荐度、专业培养满足工作需求程度、毕业生就业满意度等指标是影响本科专业预警的关键因素;最后,提出促进高校本科专业预警和动态调整的对策建议。
Based on the survey data of undergraduate majors of a teaching and research university from 2015 to 2017,this paper firstly uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct an undergraduate professional early warning evaluation index system which is composed of five primary indicators,including student status,social needs,teaching quality,social evaluation,and employment quality,10 secondary indicators,and 12 three-level index. Then this paper uses cluster analysis method and discriminant analysis method to establish the discriminant function of college undergraduate professional early warning,and identify the indicators such as the number of undergraduate students,the minimum score of professional freshmen,the employment rate of graduates,the recommendation of graduate alumni,the professional training to meet the needs of work,and the employment satisfaction of graduates,which are the key factors affecting the early warning of undergraduate majors. Based on these influencing factors,the countermeasures for the early warning and dynamic adjustment of undergraduate majors are proposed.
