绿色金融发展现状及评价研究

摘要
我国"十三五"规划提出,要大力发展绿色金融,推进我国生态文明建设和促进我国经济结构调整。本文在阐述我国绿色金融发展政策进展、实践现状与理论研究的基础上,研究构建绿色金融评价体系,以期加强方向引导。运用倾向得分匹配(PSM)方法对绿色金融政策效应进行评价,并提出政策建议,以推进绿色金融的跨越发展。
Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the construction of ecological civilization has been raised to a new historical height. The 13th Five-Year Plan proposes that we should vigorously develop green finance, promote the construction of ecological civilization and promote the economic restructuring of our country. On the basis of explaining the policy and the practice and theoretical research status of green finance development in China, this paper further analyses the problems and dilemmas of green finance development, and on this basis, studies the construction of green finance evaluation system, with a view to strengthening direction guidance. Finally, the paper evaluates the effect of green finance policy by PSM method, and puts forward policy suggestions to the government management department to promote the leapfrog development of green finance.
