摘要
巴基斯坦卡拉奇核电站(K-2/K-3)项目是我国目前对外出口的最大核电站项目。其中,大件设备运输工作的顺利与否直接关系到整个核电工程能否如期安装、调试及并网发电等,是整个核电站建设的重要环节之一。基于华龙一号海外首堆核岛大件设备运输实践,文中从核岛大件设备运输前清关准备工作到大件设备实际运输流程中分析总结了百万千万级机组核岛大件设备的运输管理要点。这为实现整个华龙一号海外首堆整个工程建设的进度目标提供了有力的保障。
The K-2/K-3 Nuclear project in Pakistan has been the most largest exported project of China for the nuclear power projects. Whether the transportation of heavy/oversize equipment is smooth or not is directly related to the subsequent installation, commissioning and connection to grid of the whole project. The transportation of heavy/oversize equipment is also one of the important parts for the project construction. Based on the practice of transportation, the project management is analyzed and summarized which ranges from the customs clearance preparation before transportation to the actual transportation progress. The successful experience of project management for heavy/oversize transportation will guarantee the progress of the construction of first exported Hualong No.1 project.
