多模式手卫生管理调查分析

摘要
目的了解某大型综合教学医院医务人员手卫生、手卫生执行情况及手卫生设施情况。方法对该医院干预前后两个年度的手卫生清洁及手卫生设施进行调查。结果非手触式洗手设施从75个增加到85个,手触式洗手设施从117个减少到112个,速干手消毒剂配备有所上升,手卫生依从性、手卫生知晓率、手卫生正确率以护士最高、医生次之、医技人员及保洁员最低。结论医务人员手卫生执行情况亟待改善。医务人员手卫生执行率有待提高,应根据不同情况采取有针对性的对策。
Objective To investigate the medical staff the hand hygiene compliance in a hospital.Methods The field observation and questionaire were used investigate and analyze the medical staff Hand hygiene and Hand hygiene material and equipment during two years.Results The accuracy of Hand hygiene was from high to low in turn for nurses,doctors,cleaners.After implementation of Hand hygiene intervention measures,the compliance and accuracy of personal hand hygiene on each post was improved.Conclusions Medical staff Hand hygiene remains to be improved.The effective intervention measures should be taken to improve the quality of hand hygiene.
