摘要

为了确保国内建筑工程质量,促进建筑事业的可持续稳定发展,应当重视建筑工程的施工技术管理与质量监理工作。论文结合建筑工程监理的实践工作经验,分析加强建筑施工技术管理与做好工程项目监理之间的关系,探讨当前国内建筑工程项目监理工作中的问题及现状,并提出优化工程监理、提升施工技术的策略与建议,以供同行业者参考借鉴。
        In order to ensure the quality of domestic construction and promote the sustainable development of construction,we should attach importance to the construction technology management and quality supervision of the construction engineering.This paper combing the practical experience of construction engineering supervision,analyzes the relationship between the construction technology management and the project supervision,discusses the problems and present situation in the current domestic construction project supervision,measures for optimizing engineering technology are proposed for reference by colleagues.
