摘要
为了明确食品质量与安全专业教育与大学生科技创新能力培养的关系,提高本专业大学生的创新创业能力,把专业能力培养贯穿于大学生创新创业的全过程.通过采用专业知识创新教育、专业科研教育和实践训练等多种模式融合方式加强学生创新创业能力培养,阐明了专业教育的本质作用,通过多种教育方式提高了大学生创新创业能力和就业竞争力.
In order to clarify the relationship between specialty education and scientific innovative ability cultivation of undergraduates, improve the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of food quality and safety specialty undergraduates,the cultivation of professional ability was combined with the process of innovative and entrepreneurial education,combination patterns of specialized knowledge,scientific researches and practical training education were adopted to enhance the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of undergraduates. Expounded the essential function of professional education and improves the innovative and entrepreneurial ability as well as employment competitiveness of undergraduates through various education methods.
