全国高等医学院校大学生临床技能竞赛选手培训的实践与探索——湘雅经验分享

全国高等医学院校大学生临床技能竞赛自创办以来已成功举办九届,参赛院校达100余所,该竞赛已成为国内医学领域最具影响力的竞赛,堪称医学生的"奥林匹克"。此项竞赛旨在创新教学、加强医学生临床基础理论与技能实践相结合的能力,并为我国医学领域培养高素质人才。中南大学自参赛以来共获得特等奖六次,成为目前为止获得该赛事最高荣誉次数最多的学校,在全国树立了"金牌队伍"的形象,充分显示了其在临床医学教育方面的优势和实力。湘雅医院承担过我校三次培训任务,三次均获得特等奖,并成功举办了第四届全国临床技能竞赛。本文以2018年举办的第九届临床技能竞赛为背景,分享湘雅医院在此次竞赛中的一些经验,重点介绍前期准备、组织培训过程与培训实践,供其他医学院校借鉴,以期在今后的比赛中发挥更高水平。
National clinical skills competition for medical school students has been held successfully for nine years,which is proved to be the most influential medical competition in China. More than 100 colleges and universities have participated in this competition. It is considered as" the Medical Olympics"in China,which aims to renovate approaches of medical education,enhance the combination of basic medical theory and clinical skills practice and cultivate promising talents of medicine. Central South University has received the Best Prize for six times in total,becoming the only school which is awarded with this honor for most times,which shows the advantages and strength in clinical education.Xiangya hospital undertook training tasks for three times in our school and got the best prize each time. We share some of our experiences in this competition based on the ninth competition of this year. We will focus on the initial preparation,process and features of training,which will be helpful to other colleges or universities.
