摘要
研究了面包酵母用于苯乙酮的不对称还原,分别考察了反应温度,反应时间,催化剂用量等因素对转化率和对映体选择性的影响。
Asymmetric reduction of Acetophenone by baker's yeast was studied.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and amount of catalyst on the conversion and enantioselectivity were investigated.
