流砂过滤器在运行中易出现的问题与解决措施

摘要
针对流砂过滤器运行中出现的提砂管不提砂、三相分离器向上喷砂、CODCr和SS去除率偏低等问题,分析了原因并给出了相应的解决措施。运行结果表明:处理低含盐污水时,流砂过滤器加药用CPAM替代PAFC后,CODCr和SS去除率分别提高了4.7%和15.0%,每年节约药剂成本20万元。采取保持流砂过滤器进水量均衡稳定、控制进水SS负荷,并对滤层定期进行松动及外部强制反洗等措施,CODCr去除率由20.7%提高到25.0%。
        In view of the problems of continuously back washing sand filter during operation such as: sand can not be lifted by sand-lifting pipe, sand lost from three-phase separator, and low removal rates of CODCr and SS, the causes of those situations were analyzed, and then, countermeasures were put forward. The operation results showed that: using the continuously back washing sand filter which added with CPAM instead of PAFC to treat low-salinity sewage, the removal rates of CODCr and SS were increased by 4.7% and 15.0% respectively, and then, 200,000 yuan / a of reagent cost could be saved. Further more, benefited from measures included: keeping the influent water quantity equilibrium and stable, controlling influent SS load, loosing filter layer regularly and carrying out external forced backwashing, the removal rate of CODCr was improved from 20.7% to 25.0%.
