摘要
通过对现有可变功能机械产品的分析,引入KANO模型对用户的需求进行分析研究,将用户需求细化映射到功能层面,提出一种根据调查数据来确定功能需求权重的方法.新方法利用权重判别原则能够较为准确地确定用户对各功能的需求度;再引入成本约束对初选方案进行评价,最终完成对用户需求功能的取舍.此外,结合FBS理论区分产品在功能等方面的特征,为随后的设计过程提供指导,最后结合实例验证了上述方法的可行性.
        Through the analysis of existing adaptable-function mechanical products, the KANO model is introduced to analyze users' functional requirements and to map such requirements to the functional level. A method based on the survey data is proposed to determine the functional requirement weights. The method adopts the weight judgment principle to determine the degree of users' requirement for each function more accurately. The cost constraint is also employed to evaluate the initial plan and eventually to determine the functions of the adaptable-function mechanical products. In addition, the FBS(Function-Behavior-Structure)design model is also used to distinguish the features of product functions, so as to guide the completion of the subsequent design process. Finally, an example is given to verify the feasibility of the above method.
