摘要
为研究基于高频电磁阀的变量喷雾系统对不同喷头的喷雾特性的影响,选取Lu120-02扇形、TR80-02型锥形和AD120-02型防漂3种不同喷头,采用基于高频电磁阀的变量喷雾系统,通过改变脉宽调制(PulseWidth Moderation,PWM)控制信号,测试了不同喷头在不同频率和占空比下的流量和雾滴粒径。结果表明:在高频信号下,3种不同类型的喷头流量和占空比均呈线性变化趋势,且和频率呈正相关性; AD120-02型喷头流量调节倍数在相同测量条件下均大于其余两种类型喷头,在10Hz达到最大调节倍数2.01倍; 3种喷头的雾滴的体积中值中径和控制信号的占空比、频率呈负相关性趋势变化; TR80-02号喷头雾滴分布相对跨度和粒径变化幅度均最小,其雾滴分布展现出最好的稳定性和均匀性。
        In order to study the influence of variable spraying system based on high-frequency solenoid valve on the spray characteristics of different nozzles,three different nozzles were selected,including Lu120-02,TR80-02 and AD120-02.The variable spraying system tests the flow and droplet size of different nozzles at different frequencies and duty cycles by changing the pulse width moderation( PWM) control signal. The results show that under the high-frequency signal,the flow of the three different nozzles are all linear with duty cycle and positively correlated with frequency; the flow regulation multiple of the AD120-02 nozzle is larger than the other two under the same measurement conditions,and it reached the maximum adjustment factor of 2.01 times at 10 Hz; the VMD of the three nozzles' droplets and the duty cycle and frequency of the control signal showed a negative correlation trend; the TR80-02 nozzle has the smallest change in RS and particle size,and its droplet distribution exhibits the best stability and uniformity.
