摘要
零能耗建筑是最具能效策略挑战性的设计。文章从零能耗建筑的定义和概念要素出发,以新加坡国立大学零能耗教学楼设计为例,基于被动式设计,从建筑的气候适应性、舒适度设定与使用者行为等方面进行分析,并通过建筑内开敞空间舒适度实测,对其应用的能源策略和营造的健康环境进行深入解析,为中国实践零能耗建筑设计提供具有积极意义的参考与借鉴。
        The most challenging design in achieving energy efficiency is to design a Net Zero Energy Building(NZEB),which produces as much energy as it uses over the course of a year.Starting from the definitions and conceptual elements of NZEB,this paper takes the design of the SDE4 of National University of Singapore as an example,based on passive design which includes climate adaptability,thermal comfort setting and user behavior of the building,analyzing the strategies that help to reduce the building energy consuming.Combined with the site measurement of comfort degree of open spaces scattered in the building,it demonstrates the performance of the strategies applied in the building and the healthy environment the building created.
