摘要
在互插零件虚拟装配过程中,由于实物零件存在变形和生产误差等因素的影响,使得现有对实测数据进行虚拟装配的方法易出现装配精度差、效率低、干涉结果不明显等问题。为解决上述问题,提出了一种互插零件装配质量可视化预评估技术。首先基于改进的ICP对实测数据进行快速建模;然后基于高斯映射识别零件特征,提取其相关装配参数实现互插零件多约束特征虚拟装配;最后将装配后的干涉结果通过点值距离约束与颜色块索引的方法进行可视化表征。装配实验结果表明所提方法不仅解决了模型建立的精度和速度问题,而且实现了虚拟装配结果的可视化显示。
In the virtual assembly process of inter-inserted parts,due to the influence of physical parts deformation and production error,the existing methods of virtual assembly of measured data are prone to problems such as poor assembly precision,low time-consuming efficiency,and inconspicuous interference results. In order to solve the above problems,a pre-evaluation technology for visual quality of inter-inserted parts assembly is proposed. Firstly,rapid modeling of measured data based on improved ICP is carried on. Then the Gauss map is used to identify the feature of the part;and the relevant assembly parameters are extracted to realize the multi-constraint feature virtual assembly of the inter-inserted parts. Finally,the interference results after assembly are visualized by the method of point value distance constraint and color block index. The assembly experiment results show that the problem of accuracy and speed of model establishment not only is solved,but also the visual display of virtual assembly results are realized by using the proposed method.
