摘要

分析表明,芯片制造业是我国集成电路产业的核心基础。2017年,我国芯片制造业在存储器需求旺盛和国内8英寸线、12英寸线满产的拉动下,继续保持高速增长。2017年,我国大陆地区芯片制造业销售规模为1 448.1亿元,比2016年增长28.5%,增速超过IC设计业和封装测试业。
        The analysis shows that the chip manufacturing industry is the core foundation of China's integrated circuit industry. In 2017, China's chip manufacturing industry continued to grow at a high speed, driven by the strong demand for memory and the full production of 8-inch and 12-inch lines in China. In 2017, the sales volume of chip manufacturing industry in mainland China was 144.81 billion yuan, an increase of 28.5% over 2016, and the growth rate exceeded that of IC design industry and packaging and testing industry.
