制度环境、外包能力与绩效提升

摘要
基于调查问卷第一手数据对服务外包企业能力与绩效之间的影响路径关系及制度环境在这一过程中的作用机制进行了实证分析。得到结论如下:服务交付和关系能力、技术能力、项目管理能力和人力资源管理能力均对外包绩效存在显著正向影响;其中,技术能力在影响路径体系中占据出突出地位。制度环境的进步不仅直接有助于微观企业外包绩效的提高,而且正向促进了外包企业能力,从而同时具有了对服务外包绩效的间接效应。针对企业权变因素的考察发现,企业自身因素是导致促进外包绩效的具体能力呈现差异化的重要影响因素。
Based on the first-hand data of a survey,the influencing path of ability on performance analyzed for service outsourcing enterprises,and mechanism of the macro mediator in the this process. The conclusions are as follows: service delivery and relational ability,technical skills,project management ability,and the ability of human resource management have significant positive effects on outsourcing performance; among them,technical ability showed a prominent position in the influencing path system.The development of macro industrial environment can not only help improve the performance of enterprises,but also produce an indirect effect through promoting the ability of outsourcing enterprises. By looking at contingent factors,it is found that facets of enterprises themselves are the important factors leading to the difference of specific abilities,showing the promoting effects on outsourcing performance.
