4C延续性护理在白内障术后患者生存质量及自我效能感中的应用价值分析

摘要
目的探讨4C延续性护理模式在白内障患者术后护理中的应用价值。方法选取2016年9月至2018年7月接受手术治疗的白内障患者82例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各41例,对照组给予常规宣教及随访,观察组行4C延续性护理。观察两组患者生存质量、自我效能感及护理满意度。结果两组患者出院时生存质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院后1个月、3个月时,观察组LVQOL评分同对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者出院时自我效能感差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院后1个月、3个月时,观察组GSS评分同对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率为95.12%,同对照组80.49%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 4C延续性护理可有效改善白内障患者术后生存质量及自我效能感,提高患者护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application value of 4 C continuous nursing mode in cataract patients after operation. Methods A total of 82 cases of cataract patients who underwent surgery from September 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group randomly, with 41 patients in each group. The control group was given routine education and follow-up, while the observation group received 4 C continuous nursing. The quality of life, self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results There was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups at discharge(P>0.05). The LVQOL score of the observation group was significantly different from that of the control group at 1 and 3 months after discharge(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in self-efficacy between the two groups at discharge(P>0.05). At 1 and 3 months after discharge, there was significant difference in GSS score between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.12%, which was significantly different from that of the control group(80.49%)(P<0.05). Conclusion 4 C continuous nursing can effectively improve the quality of life and self-efficacy of cataract patients after operation, and improve nursing satisfaction of patients. It is worth of promoting.
