摘要
目的建立水提醇沉法提取蒲葵子多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验,以多糖含量为指标,优选提取时间(A)、提取次数(B)、粒度(C)。结果影响蒲葵子多糖含量的因素主次关系C>A>B,最佳提取工艺为A2B3C2。结论药材粒度对结果有显著影响,从经济、省时的角度考虑,生产上应把药材的粒度作为关键性因素考虑。
        Objective To set up the optimum extraction technology of polysaccharide from Livistonae chinensis fructus by water extraction and alcohol precipitation. Methods By using orthogonal test method, with the content of polysaccharide as the index, the extraction time(A), extraction times(B), and the particle size of the medicinal material(C) were optimized. Results The order of the influencing factors on the content of polysaccharide from Livistonae chinensis fructus was as follows: C>A>B. The optimum extraction technology was A2B3C2. Conclusion The particle size shows remarkable influence on the extraction results. From the perspective of cost reduction and time efficiency, the particle size should be considered as the sticking point on production.
