摘要
分析湖北能源生产信息应用存在的问题与生产业务及数据需求,提出了生产数据治理路线,制定了数据规范,明确了生产信息应用的基本内容、平台的软硬件结构及其基本功能与性能约束等。方案既满足国家行业规范要求,又适用于湖北能源电量机组线路状态采集与报送、水库防洪与调度、设备可靠性管理、气象数据分析、环保监督、智能生产报表、生产信息发布等具体业务,并能实时掌握并综合利用水、风、光、煤、环保、热力、气象等数据,统筹协调火电、水电,风电、光伏发电生产,实现生产资源优化配置,最大化生产效益。
        The application of production information in Hubei Energy Group is analyzed, including the production process, data requirements and existing application problems. Then, a production information data governance scheme is proposed, in which the data specifications, basic content of production information application, software and hardware structures of the management platform and its basic functions and performance constraints are specified. The platform not only satisfies the requirements of the national industrial standards, but also provides specific services for the practical business of Hubei Energy Group, such as collection and submission of unit line status, flood control and dispatching of reservoirs, equipment reliability management, meteorological data analysis, environmental protection supervision, intelligent production reporting and production information releasing. With the platform, the hydropower, wind power, solar power, coal-fired power, environmental protection, thermal and meteorological data could be utilized comprehensively and timely to coordinate the production of coal-fired power, hydropower, wind power and photovoltaic power. Thus, the maximum production efficiency could be achieved with the optimal allocation of production resources.
