摘要
螺杆机械在余热回收领域有着重要的应用。本文将不同余热回收领域中的螺杆机械应用划分成了4大类,并对其中的应用工艺进行了详细的介绍,阐述了水蒸汽余热发电及增压技术,并进行了技术性和经济性对比,计算表明当水蒸汽增压的压比达到2.2时,水蒸汽增压的耗功率为余热发电回收功率的50%,整体来看采用蒸汽增压方式的收益远大于蒸汽余热发电,而在实际情况下由于蒸汽与电的价格不同,具体采取何种方式要通过经济性比较分析才能确定。建议在西部地区进行蒸汽增压推广,并对于螺杆机械在余热回收领域的应用及推广提供了重要的理论与实践指导。
        Screw machinery plays important application in the field of waste heat recovery. In this paper, the application of screw machinery in different waste heat recovery fields is divided into four categories, and the application process is introduced in detail. The steam waste heat power generation and pressurization technology are expounded, and the technical and economic comparison is carried out. The calculation shows that when the pressure ratio of steam pressurization reaches 2.2, the power consumption of steam pressurization is 50% of the recovery power of waste heat power generation. Overall, the benefits of using steam pressurization are much greater than steam waste heat power generation. In reality, due to the difference in price of steam and electricity, the specific method selected can be determined through economic comparative analysis. It is recommended to promote steam pressurization in the western region. The research in this paper provides important theoretical and practical guidance for the application and promotion of screw machinery in the field of waste heat recovery.
