摘要
以北方地区常见的17种蔬菜、3种花卉和10种杂草为供试植物,研究高突足襞蛞蝓的取食选择性。结果表明,高突足襞蛞蝓对30种供试植物的24h虫体出现率具有明显差异(F=12.23,p<0.05),油菜的最高(31.29±1.53%),万寿菊的最低(1.38±6.28%);对不同种供试植物的取食量比率具有明显差异(F=10.79,p<0.05),油菜的最高(41.90±12.58%),山酢浆草的最低(4.75±8.37%),对菊花和万寿菊没有取食。该研究结果为了解高突足襞蛞蝓的取食行为及食性特征等生物学习性积累了基础资料。
Using several common resources of seventeen kinds fruits and vegetables,three kinds flowers,ten kinds grass common in north area as the test plant to study percentage of appearance after 24 h of Vaginulus alte Ferussac. The results show that the feeding selectivity of Vaginulus alte Ferussac to thirty test plants are significantly different( F = 12. 23,p < 0. 05),and orders of this selectivity are Brassica campestris L.( 31. 29 ± 1. 53%),Tagetes erecta L.( 1. 38 ± 6. 28%),and feeding percentage of Vaginulus alte Ferussac to thirty test plants are significantly different( F = 10. 79,p < 0. 05),and orders of this selectivity are Brassica campestris L.( 41. 90 ± 12. 58%),Oxalis acetosella L.( 4. 75 ± 8. 37%),no feeding on Dendranthema morifolium Ramat and Tagetes erecta L.. The results of this study will provide a basis for understanding the feeding behavior and feeding characteristics of the Vaginulus alte Ferussac.
