摘要
空载上行制动工况曳引检查以制动距离、制动减速度等为主要判定指标,是曳引式电梯检验检测活动中判断曳引能力最为简易直观的一种试验方法。本文拟结合一起电梯检验案例,对受检电梯进行空载上行制动工况曳引检查试验,通过测量上行制动距离,发现其上行制停位移远超出标准推荐值。在对电梯进行大修改造后其上行制停位移距离仍无法满足标准推荐距离,为分析和解释试验过程发现的现象,通过对同一批次同型号同规格的其他电梯重复同样试验过程,对比分析找出可能存在的原因。同时基于物理学有关理论,建立数学模型,结合实际算例,分析电梯系统质量对空载上行制动试验制动距离及制动减速度的影响,以期为电梯检验检测及实际维护保养工作提供有益参考。
        No-load uplift braking condition traction check is the most simple and intuitive test method for judging traction capacity in inspection activities of traction elevator,and braking-distance, braking deceleration,etc. are used as its main judgment indicators. This paper intends to combine an elevator inspection case, carry out traction test of the no-load uplift braking condition, and find that the uplift braking-distance is far beyond the standard recommended value. After the overhaul and reconstruction of the elevator, the upward displacement stopping distance still cannot meet the recommended distance. In order to analyze and interpret the phenomena discovered during the test process, the same test procedure is repeated for other elevators of the same batch,same model and same specifications, and comparative analysis to identify possible causes. At the same time, based on the relevant theories of physics, the mathematical model is established, and the influence of the quality of the elevator system on the brakingdistance and braking deceleration of the no-load uplift is analyzed in order to provide a useful reference for elevator inspection and actual maintenance.
