复方玄驹胶囊联合他达那非治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的安全性和有效性研究

摘要
目的探讨研究复方玄驹胶囊联合他达那非用于治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的安全性和有效性。方法选取2016年2月至2018年2月淮安市楚州中医院男科诊治的糖尿病性勃起功能障碍患者62例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组31例,对照组患者采用他达那非进行治疗,观察组患者采用复方玄驹胶囊联合他达那非进行治疗;两组患者治疗时间均为4周。结果两组患者的IIEF-5评分、夫妻双方性生活满意度、每周性交频率同治疗前相比均显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但观察组经治疗后IIEF-5评分及夫妻双方性生活满意度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者药物不良反应发生率无统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论复方玄驹胶囊联合他达那非治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍具有显著的疗效,能够显著改善患者的阴茎勃起功能,具有较高的安全性,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of Compound Xuanju capsule combined with tadalafil for the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction. Methods A total of 62 patients with diabetes-related erectile dysfunction treated in Huai′an Chuzhou TCM Hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method. 31 patients in each group were used in the control group. Tadalafil was used for treatment. The patients in the observation group were treated with compound Xuanju capsule and tadalafil. The treatment time was 4 weeks in both groups. Results The IIEF-5 scores, sexual life satisfaction of the husband and wife, and the frequency of sexual intercourse between the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05). However, the observation group was treated with IIEF-The scores and sexual satisfaction of couples were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusions Compound Xuanju capsule combined with tadalafil has significant curative effect on diabetic erectile dysfunction. It can significantly improve the penile erection function of patients and has high safety. It is worthy of promotion.
