摘要

<正>重庆市渝北区中医院骨伤科于2018年5月25日诊断足背腱鞘囊肿合并游离体1例,以开放性小切口给予切除,疗效满意,国内外尚未见报道,现报道如下。患者陈某,男性,61岁。因无意中发现右足背包块4月入院,无咳嗽、潮热、盗汗等其它不适。入院查体:右足背可见一约2×3 cm大小包块,质韧,包膜完整,活动性可,压痛(+),无红肿,皮温正常,右足及右踝关节活动尚可。入院时血沉12 mm/h,ASO、RF、CRP正常,结核抗体金标法(-),肿
