摘要

论文主要对私募股权投资基金的实务操作进行了系统地研究与分析。通过分析基金与私募股权投资基金的定义、基金的形式,明确地对私募投资基金进行分类,对私募股权投资基金实际的设立流程、运作模式等进行介绍,并对其提出合理的优化建议,希望能够为相关人士提供帮助。
        The paper mainly studies and analyzes the practical operation of private equity investment fund. By analyzing the definition and form of fund and private equity investment fund, this paper categorizes private equity investment fund, introduces the actual establishment process and operation mode of private equity investment fund, and puts forward reasonable optimization suggestions, hoping to provide help for relevant people.
